the experience

Your wedding day will move faster than you expect.

There will be moments you planned for months and moments you never saw coming.

A quiet breath before the ceremony.
Your partner’s voice shaking during vows.
The laughter during speeches that fills the entire room.

Those are the moments that matter most.

My approach is built around preserving those moments honestly and intentionally so that when you watch your film years from now, it doesn’t feel like a production.

It feels like your day.

my approach

I approach weddings with a documentary mindset and a cinematic eye.

Rather than directing every moment, I focus on observing the story as it unfolds — allowing the real emotions of the day to take center stage.

Throughout the day I move quietly and intentionally, capturing moments as they naturally happen.

When guidance is helpful, I’ll offer just enough direction to help you feel comfortable and present — never forced or overly staged.

The goal is simple:

Your wedding film should feel timeless, personal, and true to you.

Our time together

Planning a wedding comes with a lot of moving parts, and my goal is to make the filmmaking portion feel simple and seamless.

From the beginning, we’ll talk through your plans, the overall atmosphere you’re creating, and the moments that will matter most when you look back years from now. I’m always happy to help with timeline considerations and will coordinate closely with your planner and photographer to make sure everything flows naturally.

By the time the wedding day arrives, everything is already thoughtfully planned.

On the wedding day itself, my role is to observe and document the story as it unfolds. Rather than directing every moment, I focus on capturing what’s real the interactions, the emotions, and the atmosphere of the day.

I stay aware of the flow of the event and work seamlessly alongside the other vendors so that everything feels effortless.

Most couples tell me afterward that they barely noticed the camera during the day.

But when they watch the film, they’re reminded of moments they didn’t even realize were happening.

That balance of being present without being intrusive is what allows the final film to feel natural, timeless, and deeply personal.

1. Inquire

Reach out through the inquiry form and tell me a little about your wedding — the location, your vision, and what matters most to you.

Within a day or two you'll receive a response with availability and the next steps.

2. Connect

We’ll schedule a quick call to talk through your plans and answer any questions.

This conversation helps ensure we’re the right fit and allows me to understand the tone and priorities of your wedding day.

Many couples tell me this call gives them clarity about how they want their film to feel.

3. Reserve Your Date
Once you're ready, your date is secured with a signed agreement and retainer.

From there, I’ll stay in touch throughout the planning process to help coordinate timing and ensure everything flows naturally on the wedding day.

4. Your Wedding Day

On the wedding day, my goal is simple:

Capture everything without interrupting the experience.

I work closely with your photographer and planner to stay aligned with the flow of the day while documenting both the big moments and the small ones in between.

You’ll rarely notice the camera — but you’ll be grateful later that the moments were captured.

5. Crafting Your Film

After the wedding, the real storytelling begins.

Your footage is carefully reviewed, audio is layered with intention, and the film is crafted to reflect the rhythm and emotion of the day.

Every film is edited by me personally to ensure the final result feels thoughtful and timeless.

6. Delivery

When your film is complete, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can watch, download, and share your wedding film with family and friends.

It’s often the first time couples fully experience moments they missed during the day.

And it’s usually when everything becomes real again.

The Process

investment

Wedding film collections begin at $2,197, with most couples investing between $3,197 and $5,297 depending on coverage and film options.

Each collection is designed to preserve the atmosphere and emotion of the day in a way that will feel just as meaningful years from now.

You can view the full collection details on the pricing page.

A
Final Thought

The most meaningful moments of your wedding day will not be the ones perfectly planned.

They’ll be the quiet ones.

The way your partner looks at you during the ceremony.

The laughter during dinner.

The embrace from someone who traveled far to celebrate with you.

Those moments deserve to be remembered.
