Hi, I’m Alex, the heart behind Alex Chapman Studios! My creative journey began with a deep love for movies—the way they make you feel, tell a story, and transport you to unforgettable moments. That passion sparked my mission to bring the same cinematic magic to real-life love stories. For over four years, I’ve been turning wedding day moments into timeless films, capturing the romance, joy, and unique personality of each couple I work with.
My goal? To create films that don’t just document your day but tell your story—the laughter, the tears, and everything in between. With a fun, relaxed vibe and a blend of creativity and authenticity, I capture heartfelt moments that let your love shine.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m enjoying family time, exploring local eats, or dreaming up fresh ways to bring even more magic to my films.

Alex filmed my wedding and I still cry tears of joy when I watch the video he created. Alex is by far one of the best videographers in the Upstate. We decided to have a videographer on our wedding day last minute and Alex jumped in and knew exactly what we wanted and captured our wedding day perfectly. Alex made being in front a camera so easy and made everyone feel comfortable throughout out the whole day! My husband and I have now have the memories of our wedding day all in one video that we will get to share with our families for a lifetime. Even after the wedding Alex was down to shoot a fun little video featuring my husband’s car that we were unable to have there on our wedding day. It turned out to be such a fun day and Alex captured us in some of our favorite places, and developed a highlight film of our love story. I highly recommend Alex and I promise you will not regret having him capture your wedding day or special event!!!

Perfect isn't even the right word when it comes to describing Alex and his talent. He was so comforting in this process which helped me relax because I knew we were in good hands. He listens to your wants and what is the most important thing to you on your big day. I was absolutely mind-blown with the final product and bawled my eyes out when I saw our video. I have watched it every day since our wedding and have gotten so many wonderful compliments from our family and friends. If you are hesitant about having a videographer, I would HIGHLY recommend it.
